Questions about coverage

Which London boroughs do you cover?

All 32 London boroughs and the City of London. Each section below lists the neighbourhood gas safety, EICR and EPC pages we publish for that borough.

How do I find the page for my neighbourhood?

Use the borough jump list, then open the neighbourhood URL. Each filename includes the area name, gas-safety-certificate, and the outward postcode so Islington N1 and Islington EC1 stay separate.

Are prices different by borough?

No. Published Greater London from-prices apply everywhere we list: gas from £59, EICR from £99, EPC from £69. Confirm fringe postcodes when you book.

Do landlords in Greater London need a gas safety record?

If the let has gas appliances, England requires an annual Gas Safe record. A current EICR and an EPC to market the tenancy still apply when there is no gas.
