An emergency lighting certificate is an inspection on the condition of an existing lighting installation, to identify if any part of the installation does not meet current British standards.

You can pay either by bank transfer or by credit card once your appointment is confirmed.
Most private landlords in England need a current gas safety record (annual), an EICR (at least every five years), and an EPC when letting. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are also required. Commercial or HMO properties may need extra fire and emergency lighting checks.
